PENALTY AGREEMENT FOR UNAUTHORIZED COPYING/USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT AND TEXTS

The operator of the website and social media page, as the copyright holder, does not consent to the commercial use of this published content, nor to its unchanged or largely similar adoption or use. By acknowledging these terms and conditions, the user also submits to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian copyright law and the Hungarian court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the company operating the website.
If we detect the content of our website in a demonstrably identical or similar form on a third party’s website, we will invoice the unauthorized user a penalty of HUF 200,000/month for each copied page. A copied page is also considered to be a copied page if the copy contains more than 20% of the entire page content of our unauthorized copy. By copying, the user expressly accepts this penalty agreement.
