Scope of processed personal data:
To use the service, the Contractor requests contact details: name, email address, phone number, by filling out the registration form, the Data Subject consents to the Contractor processing their data and storing them for contact purposes until the Data Subject requests the deletion of the data.
For the issuance of an invoice, in accordance with the Accounting Act: name, address, tax number are indicated. The invoices are stored in accordance with the regulations in force at all times, and the Data Subject may request the deletion of this data from the Contractor after the expiration of the retention period specified in the Accounting Act.

ceminvest.hu uses cookies. The purpose of cookies is to:
- collect information about visitors and their devices;
- remember the visitors’ individual settings, which are used, e.g. when making online transactions, so they do not have to be re-entered;
- make the website easier to use;
- provide a quality user experience.
In order to provide customized service, a small data package, so-called cookie, is placed on the user’s computer and read back during a later visit. The entrepreneur will only provide personal data to the authorities – if the authority has specified the exact purpose and scope of the data – to the extent and insofar as this is absolutely necessary to achieve the purpose of the request.
